With the motto of "Elevating the Quality of Japanese Guides to the World's Best," we operate a guide centered community called JapanWonderGuide. Our aim is to provide tourism experiences that satisfy both guests and local communities.
- We strive to enhance the quality of Japanese guides on a global scale, establish their professional status, contribute to the expansion of consumption in specific regions, increase cultural exchange, and promote sustainable tourism.
- Acting as private diplomats, we aim to foster mutual understanding across borders and contribute to global peace in our own way.

Creating Guide Engagement Opportunities
- Providing guide opportunities via our travel business and associated tours
- Creating guide engagement opportunities through matching with travel companies

- Implementation of on-site practical training at major tourist destinations
- Offering over 40 comprehensive E-learning courses
- Online guide training for interpreters
- Continuously hosting JapanWonderGuide Live webinars in collaboration with partner facilities
Strengthening Networking
- Strengthening networks among guides and between guides and tourism businesses through networking events in Kanto and Kansai regions
- Strengthening relationships between guides and tourist facilities by cultivating partner facilities and creating growth opportunities such as trial runs
Implementation of Awareness Campaigns to Expand Recognition of Guides
- Operation of our guide-focused media platform, JapanWonderGuide (currently approximately 200,000 PV/month)
- Presentations and talks at various events such as guide symposiums

Built upon the expertise of our Travel Business, our training programs are designed to ensure guest and local community satisfaction.
Our knowledge-based training is primarily conducted through E-learning, with an emphasis on communication and practical travel skills.
With over 2800 guides, including 500 paying members called KNOTTER’s, we run Japan's largest and fastest growing guide community.
We are building a guide centered network, supported by over 30 associate members and over 400 partner facilities.
