  5. When outsourcing customers' Personal Information to subcontractors to the extent necessary, the Company exercises appropriate supervision over the subcontractors.
  6. When the Company collects personal information from customers under the age of 16 through registration for membership services, responses to survey postcards, etc., the Company will ask for the consent of a parent or guardian.

7.Disclosure, Correction, Cessation of Use, etc. of Personal Information

If there are requests for disclosure, correction, cessation of use, etc., of Personal Information of customers held by the Company, the Company responds according to the Company's established procedures. The Company will provide specific instructions individually, so please contact the reception desk below for further information. Please note that a fee of 2,000 yenwill be charged for each request for disclosure of Personal Information and records of third-party provision. As a general rule, the Company notifies customers by postal mail etc., but please note in advance that the actual cost of postage will also be charged.

* As for the confirmation of the identity of a data subject or its agent, upon request from a data subject, the Company will confirm the identity of the data subject with a copy of a document such as a driver's license, passport, or health insurance card (in the case of identification documents without a photograph, two types of documents will be required).
